How to Choose the Right Bed

On average we spend a third of our lives asleep in bed, so choosing the right bed for you is a major decision. There are countless studies and research into what makes a good night’s sleep, from bedtime routines, bed size to the mattress quality so there are lots of factors to consider. Consider Bedroom & Bed Size 

One of the first things to consider when it comes to buying a bed is the size and this will depend on the space in your bedroom. Always ensure you measure the space for the bed before purchasing so that you will be confident in the knowledge that the bedroom can accommodate the bed. It may help to use something to mark out on the floor where the bed will be positioned, such as cardboard or books. Factor in space to walk around the bed and what other bedroom furniture will be in the room. For instance, will you be able to open wardrobe doors fully if you decide on a king size bed. Remember to check the bed frame measurements and not just the mattress size.
