The summer season is in full swing, and when the weather is good it’s the perfect excuse to head out with family and friends. Picnics & Sporting Events 

Whether you’re packing a picnic for the family at the local park, heading off to watch Wimbledon or cricket you’ll want to take something to sit on if you have a long day of sitting ahead. From mindfulness and wellbeing to food festivals and family friendly music events. If you’re an experienced festival goer, then you’ll be used to finding the best spot and pitching up a tent. If you’re heading out for a day festival, then you may want to pack some folding chairs and a picnic blanket so you can find a base and set up. With any UK festival being prepared for a change in weather goes without saying so having something waterproof to slip on is essential as well as those festival tickets.  

Outdoor Cinema 

Watching classic movies at an outdoor screen is the perfect idea for a date night or a fun evening with friends. You may need to provide your own seating, so don’t forget to take chairs that are easily portable like the stylish Kai or the classic Harbour deckchair. Both styles easily fold up for carrying. You’ll need to bring a warm blanket in case it’s a chilly evening and the popcorn of course. Now you just need to decide on the movie an animated Disney favourite or a feel-good classic like Dirty Dancing.  

Summer Fetes 

There’s something very British about a summer fete, raffles, funfair, homemade cakes, and lots of stands to buy goodies. Perfect for all the family. Wandering around browsing stores and taking part in games requires minimal packing, a blanket or small rug to sit on when you need it and of course plenty of sunscreen.
